North Forge Metalworks

North Forge Metalworks builds thermal envelopes for the Rockies. Every profile is calculated for alpine exposure: high UV, heavy snow load and temperature deltas that would compromise lesser assemblies. Their lift-and-slide and fixed window systems are staples of passive-house and net-zero residences across Colorado.

The shop maintains its own glazing engineering team, allowing it to pair custom steel profiles with high-performance insulated glass units in house. The result is a steel window that performs like a curtain wall and ages like a craft object.
